As part of the employee Health and Wellbeing Programme –B. Healthy B. Braun – we commissioned Holly and Think:me to run an online webinar on the subject of positive mental health.
With a specific focus on Covid-19 and managing working from home with personal commitments the content was both thought provoking and engaging.
The webinar was delivered professionally and with a friendly tone exactly to our service requirements. I would I have no hesitation in recommending Think:me services to add value to, or support workplace Health and Wellbeing Programmes with specific expertise in mental wellbeing of workforces.

Holly came in to do a Wellbeing session with my staff as part of a staff meeting. The feedback from the staff was overwhelmingly positive. They felt that having a clear plan of action about how they would redress the imbalances in their work/life balance was really useful. We all know what we need to do to feel better and to ensure we have good mental health, but doing it isn’t always easy. Articulating our plan to our colleagues made the actions more realistic . It also committed us to ensuring we actually did what we had said.
Holly was very approachable and caring but also challenged the staff – asking why we sometimes treated ourselves so poorly when we wouldn’t do that to our colleagues and definitely not to the children we teach.
I would recommend this session to anyone looking for ways of really engaging their staff to think about how to genuinely improve wellbeing.
I found Holly’s sessions really useful when transitioning into a new role. Holly helped me think objectively about things and always ensured I left the sessions with some actions to take forward and reflect on in the next session!
Holly has been coaching me for over a year and has been an incredible inspiration to me. Holly has the ability to find the nuggets inside you, draw them out so you can see them and then provide simple tools which enable you to make the most of who you are. My sessions with Holly helped me take a step back from immediate panic and process my thoughts a lot more logically. They also helped me to put a lot less pressure on myself to reach my incredibly high target grades. This made a huge difference to my overall outlook on exams and I was able to take them in my stride with a lot more ease than I did with my mocks so I’m really grateful for that, Thank You.
Holly is truly insightful and helps to motivate you with her empathetic approach. She is an excellent coach who works with you to set goals each week and talks you through how to achieve them realistically. After completing our sessions I have achieved the results I was hoping and much more besides. I feel both inspired and empowered by her coaching and would highly recommend her coaching sessions.
After the birth of my second child I found myself in a deep hole I was struggling to get out of. From my very first meeting with Holly it made me think about what it was I wanted to do, structuring my goals in a way that I’d never thought of before. Holly really helped me focus on the things that really mattered to me and how I could achieve them. Holly has an upbeat manner and is very positive.
